Welcome to Glenborough, our home at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Our community consists of 18 buidlings, with 3 contemporary condominium's per building.

Glenborough is located northeast of Belleview and Wadsworth in a quiet, well maintained, residential neighborhood which is just inside the Denver City Limits. Our Homeowner's Association Board of Directors volunteer many hours to ensure that maintenance, repairs and improvements are scheduled throughout the year so that the community continues to be a beautiful, comfortable and safe place to live. The landscaping has been designed to bring a natural beauty to the community. The area lends itself to pleasant, safe walks with various views to enjoy.

Glenborough neighbors are a diverse group of working singles, working families, and retired people. The community includes realtors, engineers, teachers, CPA's, bankers, First Responders, and accountants.. Most of the original Glenborough owners reside in the neighborhood. There are few rentals and properties are seldom for sale.

Glenborough is a quiet community with businesses and restaurants close by. Home Depot, Lowe's, Sam's Club, Costco and Southwest Plaza Shopping Mall are within a few miles. Movie theaters, bookstores, community centers and a golf course provide opportunities for entertainment and recreation. Columbine library and Clement Park are easily accessible. A 1.25 paved walking path circles the lake at Clement Park. A short drive from Glenborough takes residents to Morrison, Red Rocks State Park, Tiny Town, and Bear Canyon State Park. Mountain biking up Clear Creek canyon or spending an afternoon at Buffalo Bill's monument are short drives as well.
