Frequently Asked Questions

What do HOA dues include?
Although our unpaid volunteer homeowners donate thousands of hours each year, we still have expenses. HOA dues pay for landscaping, lawn maintenance, snow removal, water, outside building maintenance, and general maintenance of the Glenborough neighborhood.

When are assessments due?
Assessments are due on the 1st of every month and are late on the 15th. Assessments can be made by auto debit.

How does the HOA Board communicate with residents?
Communication is delivered in a variety of ways. Dates of meetings and important information are posted in a community bulletin board located by the mailboxes. Email is sent to those having email. Notice of budget meetings and financial information is delivered to homeowners who do not have email.

What are the parking arrangements?
Resident garages accommodate 2 cars. Cars must be parked in garages. If 2 cars are already parked in the garage, a third car can be parked in the parking pads. Visitors may use the parking pads as well. If visitors stay longer than a few days, residents are asked to inform the manager.

Are pets allowed in Glenborough?
Pets are definitely allowed. Each residence is allowed 2 pets. Homeowners are required to pick up after their dogs.

Can I garden around my residence?
The landscaping around the neighborhood has been planned to be interesting and beautiful while being easy to maintain. If home owners want to alter the landscaping, their plan must be submitted to the Landscaping Committee. This committee is charged with ensuring that landscaping is in keeping with the master plan to ensure the highest property values possible.

When is trash collected?
Trash day is Wednesday and residents should have their trash out by 7 a.m. If there is a major holiday, trash is collected one day late.
